How do I get started?

If you'd like to get started, or have any questions, please get in touch with us - there are lots of ways to contact the team. We'd love to hear from you.

What services do you offer?

We offer the highest quality dental restorations, including crowns and bridge work, implant prostheses, and denture work.

We are a fully digital laboratory, and we aim to provide the very best in dental technology.

Elevate Dental Designs provides 2D and 3D case planning, custom shade matching, one-to-one case communications and case presentations.

Do you help with case planning?

We plan all cases digitally, from impression/scan right through to final restoration. You will be kept up to date with each case via Whatsapp or email.

After the design process, we will send you photos of your case for you to discuss and make any changes. We also aim to offer advice for each case based on years of clinical and non-clinical experience.

Do you accept traditional impressions?

Yes, we do! All impressions will be poured in the highest quality stone and scanned using our 3shape laboratory scanner.

This means your case can then enter the digital world and all the planning is then completed as it would be with an intraoral scan.

What's a typical turnaround time?

Turnaround time is generally 3 weeks.

Some cases may be completed in a shorter time and this is available upon request.

What is the remake policy?

Remakes are discussed on an assessed case-by-case basis.

We aim to assess what has gone wrong with the process and discuss any charges based on the findings. This process is aimed to be as fair as possible

Which implant systems do you support?

We support all implant systems.

If we haven’t worked with one before we ask for an extra week on the initial case with this system, for research and ordering purposes.

How do I connect my scanner to the lab?

If you'd like to connect to our lab, please provide our email address (info@elevatedental.co.uk) and get in touch with your provider for any assistance.

How do I download a lab ticket?

Here's a link to our PDF lab ticket.

On some devices, the PDF will download automatically, on others it will open in a new window.

How do I pay?

Monthly statements are sent out at the beginning of each month and the balance can be paid by online bank transfer.

You have a 30-day payment period to the end of the following month. We also accept cheques if needed.

If you're in the Republic of Ireland, we can provide price lists in Euro and accept payment to a euro bank account, taking away the costs associated with currency exchange.
